Senior Software Engineer – GenAI / AI Platform

We’re hiring for a Senior Software Engineer (AI) to help shape and scale our clients GenAI and AI platform capabilities.

This role sits at the heart of some of their most forward-thinking engineering initiatives, working closely with platform engineering, product, and wider application teams to build secure, reliable, and scalable AI-driven solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing, building, and supporting GenAI and AI/ML platforms and internal engineering products
• Hands‑on development across Python and/or TypeScript
• Applying strong MLOps and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, modern SDLC)
• Working with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP) to deploy real‑world AI solutions
• Partnering with product, security, and operations teams to drive adoption and innovation
• Coaching and mentoring junior engineers

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years’ hands‑on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Strong background in Python and/or TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying ML systems
• Solid understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices
• Comfortable working in agile, collaborative teams
