We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer for our client based in Crawley on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivery technical training sessions in the UK and internationally, both in person and via virtual instructor led sessions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training accuracy and consistency as well as providing learner feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of global training standards.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing basics, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience installing and troubleshooting network-connected devices
- Ability to diagnose issues spanning hardware, software, networking, and cloud connectivity
- Solid electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills
Training & Communication Skills
- Experience delivering technical training (classroom, hands-on, or virtual)
- Ability to simplify complex IT and electronics concepts for varied audiences
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills
- Recognised training qualification desirable but not essential
Travel & Environment
- Based in Crawley, UK
- Up to 50% international travel in some months
- Occasional weekend travel or training delivery
