A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Machine Shop Supervisor/Team Lead to join our key client based just outside Burton.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role with strong experience in CNC Milling & Turning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Machine Shop Supervisor will be overseeing the Milling and Turning machines manufacturing various components for customer products and projects.
  • Setting, operation and Online Programming Hurco Mills and Lathes working to tight tolerances and using a variety of materials.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work cross-functionally with other departments.
Key Attributes:
  • 3 years+ in a supervisory or team lead position minimum.
  • 5 Years+ experience operating, programming CNC Milling & Turning machines (preferably Hurco).
  • Team player and self-motivated.
