An award-winning UK technology services provider is growing its Solutions Engineering team and is looking for a Security Solutions Architect to support its expanding cybersecurity portfolio.

This is a client-facing pre-sales role where you will work closely with sales and technical teams to design, present, and position modern security solutions. You will help customers understand their risks, translate technical detail into business value, and act as a trusted security adviser throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical pre-sales support to new and existing customers
  • Lead discovery sessions, customer meetings, and solution design
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and Proofs of Concept
  • Support proposals, tenders, and scopes of work
  • Evaluate and position security solutions against competitors
Skills & Experience
  • Pre-sales, technical consultancy, or customer-facing delivery experience within an MSP or IT reseller
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and managed services
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Sophos, Fortinet, N-Able, Mimecast, Barracuda
  • Relevant technical certifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercially aware and comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
  • UK-based, willing to travel
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
