We are seeking an experienced D365 Test & Change Lead to join our team, with the flexibility to be based in either Reading or Nottingham. This hybrid role requires three days per week onsite, offering a great balance between collaboration and remote working.

In this role, you will take ownership of testing and change processes across Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth delivery, controlled releases, and high-quality outcomes across both CE and Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end testing strategies and execution for D365 CE and F&SCM
  • Manage change control processes in line with best practices
  • Oversee release and configuration management activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement across testing and change frameworks

  • Strong experience with D365 CE and F&SCM modules
