In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring complex schedules for utility-mounted solar farm projects. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in both Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP), with a proven track record of navigating the unique logistical and environmental challenges of renewable energy construction. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Software Usage: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is mandatory.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5+ years of planning experience, specifically within ground-mounted solar or large-scale renewables.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of solar-specific workflows: DC/AC cabling, inverter stations, and HV substation works.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of Earned Value Management (EVM) and delay analysis methodologies (e.g., TIA).

Preferred Attributes

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where weather and logistics can shift daily priorities.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for site supervisors and corporate executives alike.
  • Certification: PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or equivalent certifications are a significant plus.
