Overview: Software Test Lead - Consultancy - Skipton, Leeds or Saltaire - Hybrid. Roc Search are recruiting for a Software Test Lead to join a consultancy who are a market leader in what they do. As a company, they are employee-owned and are focused on helping the environment, so you will be contributing to something that does good in the world.
Day to day, you will be a technical figurehead for the current test team of 7. This will involve overall oversight of the team, contributing to the direction of the test strategy, translating requirements, leading projects, documentation, and guiding other testers. To clarify, this will not be a management role, as you will not be expected to handle the 'people management' side, such as HR, hiring, etc., but there may be some involvement naturally.
