Roc Search GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior HaloITSM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HaloITSM in a complex MSP or enterprise environment. This role focuses on practical ITSM transformation, improving service maturity, and ensuring alignment with ITIL processes. You will act as a senior advisor, working closely with stakeholders to enhance service design and performance.

The position is a 3-month contract, inside IR35, and offers remote working.
