Key Responsibilities
- Senior Escalation & Technical Leadership: Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems beyond Level 1-2 capability. Typical escalations include advanced Azure AD / Entra ID and Intune synchronisation issues, security posture configuration, network connectivity challenges, and patching failures.
- Project Delivery: Lead and deliver client projects end-to-end, from design through to implementation and handover, including:
- On-premise to Azure migrations (Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Modern Workplace rollouts (Microsoft 365, Intune, security baselines)
- Client onboarding and transition from incumbent suppliers
Core Skills & Experience
- Proven senior-level experience within an MSP environment (essential).
- Deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Strong experience with:
- Intune (Windows management)
- Identity management, Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect
- PowerShell automation and security configuration
Technical Exposure (desirable):
- Intune, Addigy (MacOS MDM)
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
- Azure, AWS, GCP (Infrastructure, Networking, Virtual Desktop)
- Windows XP-11, Windows Server 2003-2025, macOS, Ubuntu Linux
- Networking: WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, VLANs
- SonicWall, Meraki, DrayTek, Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti
- Microsoft Purview / DLP, SharePoint
- SQL Server
- NMAP, penetration testing tools
- ESET (AV, EDR, patching), vulnerability management
- Backup & DR: Acronis, Azure, Windows Server

Location & Working Pattern
