We’re looking for an experienced React Team Lead to join a growing engineering function and take ownership of front-end delivery for modern, React-based portal applications. This is a genuine player–coach role: you’ll be writing code, shaping technical direction, and leading a small team of engineers in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Staying hands‑on, building and delivering React applications, features, and solutions
- Leading a front‑end / full‑stack team working on React‑based platforms
- Running sprint planning, stand‑ups, and code reviews
- Mentoring junior developers and setting clear technical expectations
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners and QA to turn requirements into reliable, user‑friendly features
- Driving good Agile practice, including Jira, CI / CD pipelines, and test automation
- Contributing to architecture decisions and longer‑term technical direction
