What You’ll Be Doing:- Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
- Growing your niche market within engineering, specialising in the German market
- Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
- Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)

- 6-12+ months sales or 180 recruitment/resourcing experience
- Excited to learn and build a long-term career in sales and 360 recruitment
