Requirements
- Perform both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, including depalletisers, filling and packaging lines
- Diagnose technical faults quickly and accurately to minimise downtime
- Work closely with the engineering team to drive continuous improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any issues promptly
- Ensure health and safety standards are always upheld
Experience & Qualifications
- A completed electrical apprenticeship
- A formal qualification in electrical engineering (HNC preferred)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Excellent fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills
- Independent working style with strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with brewing, bottling, or packaging processes is advantageous
