We're recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to join a growing technology team for one of our long-standing clients, a nationwide healthcare organisation. The role will be supporting business change, process improvement, and systems projects across a large multi-site business.
Package & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings
- Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the delivery of business and technology change projects
Skills & Experience
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Junior Business Analyst
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Experience with user stories, workshops, and business documentation
- Power BI, SQL, or data analysis experience is advantageous
