We're looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a growing organisation undergoing a significant data and transformation programme. This is a key role supporting programme delivery, improving governance and reporting, and working closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholder teams.
You'll be responsible for:
- Governance, reporting and financial tracking
- Supporting programme assurance, RAID and risk management
- Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes
- Supporting consistent ways of working across projects and programmes
- Working with delivery teams to improve reporting and visibility
- Supporting the adoption and effective use of project management tools
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience within PMO, portfolio, programme or project management
- Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience improving processes and ways of working
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
- Experience within healthcare, public sector or another complex/regulated environment would be advantageous.
