- Graduate / Junior Engineer
The Pathway: Ideal for a high-achieving graduate or someone with an NVQ3/HNC looking to transition into a professional design environment. You will support senior staff in producing technical data, learning the ropes of AutoCAD, Creo, and SAP while gaining hands‑on experience with international industrial standards. Focus: Learning, development, and high-quality technical assistance. - Engineer
The Pathway: You are a competent engineer ready to take ownership of project KPIs and design products that meet strict environmental and legal requirements. You will solve technical problems for our global group companies and act as a vital bridge between Sales and Operations. Focus: Autonomy, technical problem-solving, and cross‑functional support. - Senior / Lead Engineer
The Pathway: As a seasoned expert with a BEng or MEng, you will act as the Design Authority for assigned projects.
