Trainee Recruitment Consultant — Manchester City Centre (On-site).
£25,000 base + uncapped commission
£30-35,000+ OTE in first year

6-12+ months sales experience or 180 recruitment is preferred, as well as energy, confidence, and the hunger to succeed. Join our team in Manchester and learn everything you need to know about sales, business development, and client management. You will be building relationships, closing deals, and seeing the results of your hard work pay off. What You Will Be Doing
- Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
- Growing your niche market within engineering, renewables or technology
- Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
- Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)
