Electronics Test Engineer in Southend-on-Sea

We are looking for an Electronics Test Engineer to join a high-quality electronics manufacturing environment for a client of ours in Southend On Sea.

Key Duties

• Functional testing of board-level audio products
• Fault finding and repair down to component level
• Rework of single-sided and multi-layer PTH PCBs (through‑hole & SMT)
• Creation and maintenance of test procedures with Design
• Technical support for test and production teams
• Providing clear technical feedback on PCB assemblies (90%+ fault‑free target)

Key Attributes

• Strong PCB fault‑finding, testing and rework experience – 3+ years ideal
• Ability to read schematics and understand analogue & digital circuits
• Good organisation and time management
• A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
