The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams at site level. This is a highly visible role where finance meets the factory floor - driving insight, performance, and smarter decision-making. Reporting into the Product Company Controller, you will be a trusted advisor, not just a number-cruncher.
What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a finance business partner to operational leaders
- Owning manufacturing P&L reporting and detailed variance analysis (labour, materials, overheads, yield, scrap)
- Analysing production order variances (PPV, labour & overhead absorption) and monitoring WIP
- Maintaining strong control over inventory valuation, accuracy, and provisioning
- Building and maintaining SAP reports for operations stakeholders
- Supporting audits and strengthening internal controls
- Driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering processes
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent manufacturing finance experience
- Strong background in manufacturing, cost accounting, or operational finance
- Excellent analytical, modelling, and business-partnering skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools a plus
- SAP / ERP experience (FI/CO, PP, MM ideal but not essential)
- Confident communicator who can influence senior operational stakeholders
