Roc Search's client have a vacancy for a Production Engineer to join their team based in West Hampshire on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting all stages of their manufacturing processes - from documentation and test development to hands-on problem solving on the shop floor.
Requirements
- HND or Foundation Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering - Relevant experience is also acceptable
- Knowledge of electronics at component level, and the ability to read circuit diagrams, wiring schedules, mechanical drawings, and Gerber files.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing and PCBA processes
- Basic test and fault-finding skills
- Experience using CAD Software (2D/3D) preferred
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (desirable)
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis (desirable)
- Experience with 3D printers/mechanical engineering background
- Full UK Driving License and Vehicle due to location
