We're recruiting for a Project Support Officer to join a busy technology and change team, supporting the delivery of multiple projects across the organisation.
The Role
You’ll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to help coordinate project activity, maintain documentation, track progress, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of technology and business change projects
- Maintain project plans, reports, risk logs (RAID), and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications
- Track actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Produce project updates and management reports
- Support change and user adoption activities
- Assist with continuous improvement of project processes
About You
- Previous experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A proactive and collaborative approach
