We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Developer to join one of our key clients based in Reading – a growing company at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects from conception through to completion. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle – from identifying new land opportunities and managing planning and grid applications, to liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate renewable energy projects through the development process.
Identify suitable land areas and support planning and grid application submissions.
Liaise effectively with planning consultants, surveyors, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Prepare project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts, addressing any changes along the way.
Support internal teams and maintain clear communication across all project stages.About You
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within Renewables, Utilities, Solar, or Energy.
Background in a client-facing, business, or project coordination role.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across England, Scotland, and Wales.Previous roles may include:
