Roc Search's client has a vacancy for a Sourcing Specialist to join their team based in Hampshire. This role is fully on-site, and you will oversee the full procurement lifecycle including purchase orders, supplier coordination, logistics, documentation and inventory monitoring.

Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3+ years' experience within purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience within manufacturing, chemical or industrial sectors.
- Experience within ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and international trade documentation.
- Ability to analyse costs, stock levels, and demand forecasts.
