About the Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing Building Services consultancy for an experienced senior Building Services Engineer to join their talented team in Northfleet.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Building Services Engineer looking to take the next step in their career.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects, mentoring junior engineers and working closely with clients to provide innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services projects.
- Produce and review engineering drawings, schematics and calculations.
- Develop designs using Auto CAD and Revit.
- Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, British Standards and CDM Regulations.
- Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Attend client meetings, design reviews and technical workshops.
- Respond to technical queries, RFIs and contractor information requests.
- Support, mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the engineering team.
- Assist with project planning, programme management and maintaining project budgets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business development opportunities.
About You
- Experience working within a Building Services consultancy.
- A strong background in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Building Services design.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Revit.
- A good understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and CDM Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Membership of CIBSE (ACIBSE or MCIBSE) or progress towards professional accreditation would be advantageous.
