Roc Search's client are looking to add an Electro–Mechanical Design Engineer to their team based in East Sussex. The role will be responsible for supporting the Engineering Department in new product development, and providing technical support.
Requirements:
- HNC/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience/apprenticeship
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge and experience
- CAD 2D/3D (Solidworks preferred)
- Experience in design of low and medium voltage switchgear, and/or railway overhead line equipment (desirable)
- Experience in mechanical drive and interlock design (desirable)
- Experience of Thermoset and Thermoplastic moulding (desirable)
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 per annum DOE
