A global company who are a world leader in providing individually tailored solutions for unique project requirements across the full field lifecycle. The company provide technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector and have experienced significant growth over recent years.

The company are looking to engage with a draughtsperson to work on a contract basis at their facility in Aberdeen. You will assist the engineering department working through drawings, manuals of tooling, assembly, manufacturing, general arrangement and general assembly drawings for manufacture, fabrication and other general design work.

The client offers a good working environment and the possibility of a longer term contract.

Requirements:
  • Mechanical Design Experience
  • Proficient in Solidworks (preferred) or other Professional 3D Packages
  • Metal & Complex Parts Design
  • Experience with PDM Vault preferred, but not essential
  • Precision Parts, Rotating Machinery, Specialist Equipment & Assembly
  • Previous experience working in Heavy Industry, Subsea Equipment or Process Related Industries
