We are looking for a lead engineer to join our team across Design, Technical Support, and Contracts Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Technical Delivery
- Produce mechanical designs, calculations, and technical documentation in line with customer requirements and engineering standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
- Take ownership of design work from concept through to manufacture support.
- Compliance, Quality & Risk
- Apply strong engineering judgement to manage technical and H&S risk.
- Support quality initiatives and ensure accurate, right-first-time outputs.
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Technical & Business Support
- Provide engineering input across Sales, Operations, and wider business functions.
- Support technical issue resolution across group companies.
- Attend internal and external meetings to support project delivery.
