Who we are:

We are a well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising many of the world’s most recognised brands. We are poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to work closely with the longstanding team.

The role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by Resourcers, the role of Recruitment Consultant will be primarily focused on achieving targets through the expansion of existing business, as well as generating new leads.

What we offer:

We offer a basic salary of c £40,000 and an excellent commission structure with an OTE of c £65,000. Who we’re looking for:

The role would best suit a Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years’ experience who is hoping to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the end-to-end management of both clients and candidates alike, from coordinating quality job specifications right through to aftercare and service calls. You should have a track record of meeting targets through both expanding upon existing business opportunities, as well as generating new clients.
