Mayfair Family office is looking for a hands on degree educated EA to look after the lifestyle of a high profile principal, a varied and demanding role that will manage all aspects of the principals private life. The role will have a strong focus on managing the principals art collection (candidates should have evidence of this)
Reporting directly into the principal and working very closely with the Chief of Staff the remit of this this role will cover:
Liaising with all suppliers and contractors for his UK & global residences, as well as managing household staff, his chauffeur and crew for his private plane
Household recruitment – positions include House Managers, Housekeepers, Housemen, Gardeners, both in the UK and abroad
Deal with all matters concerning his high value art pieces: shipping, storing, archiving, restoration.
Liaising with auction houses and authorising bids
Managing the principals social calendar
Assisting with project management including property and luxury goods acquisition.
Assisting with events/holiday preparation
Successful applicants must have proven lifestyle and private household experience for an UHNW individual and be very au-fait with demands of this culture. The ideal candidate will need to be on call.
A skilled communicator/negotiator who is one step ahead would thrive in this environment.
