Fast paced café/ restaurant are seeking a Catering Manager to deliver excellent food , service and a great experience for all their customers Key requirements for the role – You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a varied team in within a busy restaurant/ cafe. Be sales driven ,achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed The ideal candidate must be experienced in kitchen and front-of-house management, You will have an understanding of an EPOS till system . You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a vared team.
