Roc Nation is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the Roc Nation Sports International (RNSI) Social & Digital team in London. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone eager to build a career across sports, entertainment, and culture marketing, with a focus on delivering engaging, real-time content across social platforms. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day publishing and coordination of content, supporting the wider digital team and helping ensure seamless coverage across evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally aware and instinctively understands social platforms and internet culture, with a genuine excitement for working at the intersection of sport and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Publishes content across RNSI's Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube;
  • Supports our athletes by posting across their own channels;
  • Supports live posting during matches and key moments;
  • Assists the wider team with evening and weekend social coverage as part of the workflow;
  • Ensures all posts are correctly formatted, proofread, and published on time;
  • Monitors platform data and flags relevant trends, conversations and opportunities;
  • Supports community management and social monitoring across our accounts;
  • Assists with reporting and basic performance tracking across channels;
  • Helps maintain organisation across digital assets, captions and approvals;
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other
  • Possesses a deep understanding of social platforms and internet culture;
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required;
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills;
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, music and culture;
  • Basic design or editing skills are helpful, but not essential.
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Recent graduate or early-career candidate looking to break into social media;
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative suite.

This role requires the willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends and some select holidays as needed to ensure social media coverage. Applicants must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship by the employer.
