The Role
Roc Nation Sports International is seeking a Graphic Designer to serve as a key member of the creative team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, culturally relevant, social-first design and motion assets for:
- RNSI’s own channels
- Our athletes
- Our consulting clients and partners
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role working across reactive social content, campaign launches, long‑term brand projects and pitch materials. You’ll work closely with marketing, social, content, PR and leadership to help continually elevate the creative standard of everything we put into the world.
Core Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, engaging visual assets for RNSI’s social and digital channels
- Design content for our athletes, clubs and brand partners
- Develop original design concepts that push the RNSI visual identity forward
- Execute both reactive social content and longer‑term campaign creative
- Work closely with social, marketing and content teams to ensure cultural relevance and speed
- Maintain a high bar for craft, detail, consistency and storytelling
- Help evolve the overall look, feel and ambition of RNSI’s output
Requirements
- 2+ years industry experience and a portfolio demonstrating capabilities and creative flair
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and trends
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at speed in a high-output environment
- Strong sense of design, typography, layout, composition and motion
- Knowledge of sport, particularly football and rugby, and its connection to culture and lifestyle
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- Eager to learn, improve and continuously level up creatively
- Motion design / video-first social experience
- Ability to think conceptually, not just execute
