Roc Nation Sports International is seeking a Graphic Designer to serve as a key member of the creative team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, culturally relevant, social-first design and motion assets for various projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working across reactive social content, campaign launches, long-term brand projects and pitch materials. You’ll work closely with marketing, social, content, PR and leadership to help continually elevate the creative standard of everything we put into the world.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and trends
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at speed in a high-output environment
- Strong sense of design, typography, layout, composition and motion
- Knowledge of sport, particularly football and rugby, and its connection to culture and lifestyle
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- Eager to learn, improve and continuously level up creatively
- Motion design / video-first social experience
- Ability to think conceptually, not just execute
2+ years industry experience and a portfolio demonstrating capabilities and creative flair.
