Site Manager in Lisburn

Site Manager Location: Belfast Salary: Depending on Experience Working Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00am4:00pm About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful day-to-day management of construction projects across Belfast and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can confidently manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the site Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and site personnel Ensure works are delivered on programme, to specification and to a high standard Monitor site progress and address any issues or delays Coordinate materials, deliveries and site resources Liaise with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements Maintain high standards of site organisation, housekeeping and quality Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates Assist with the successful completion and handover of projects Essential Criteria Proven experience as a Site Manager Previous experience managing commercial construction projects Valid CSR Site Manager's Card Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects on time and to a high standard Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a wider project team What We Offer £45,000 £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Transport provided Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity for career development and progression Apply Now If you are an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity in Belfast and have a strong background in commercial construction, we would love to hear from you.
