We specialise in Primary and Secondary Care Services, focusing on rapid access, diagnosis, and treatment. ROC Clinic also offers integrated healthcare solutions tailored for businesses, including occupational and private health services.
We are recruiting for variable contract front desk reception staff for our clinic located in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. The Receptionist will manage a wide range of front-desk tasks, including:
- Greeting patients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining the reception area
Additional responsibilities include administrative and clerical tasks and providing high-quality customer service to patients and visitors to ensure a welcoming and professional experience. Hours of work may vary, and may include evenings / weekends. Although we are recruiting for variable 0 hours staff, we anticipate there may be opportunities for both full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) contract positions in the future.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage client interactions at the front desk and via phone effectively.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and general office organisation.
