ROC Clinic is a private healthcare organisation located in London and Aberdeen. We provide Primary and Secondary Care Services with a focus on Rapid Access, Rapid Diagnosis, and Treatment. ROC Clinic offers integrated healthcare services, including health screening, health surveillance, on-site nurses and doctors, and urgent consultations and treatments. The clinic also provides a bespoke VIP health planning service for individuals seeking ultimate health care.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Westhill for a VIP Care Programme Executive at ROC Clinic. The Executive will be responsible for managing the VIP health planning service, coordinating appointments, liaising with healthcare providers, and ensuring exceptional customer service for clients seeking personalised health care.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively coordinate appointments and manage schedules internally and externally
- Experience in healthcare or related field
- Strong administrative, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of private health services is preferable
- Knowledge of health planning and VIP services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
