Specializing in Primary and Secondary Care Services, ROC Clinic focuses on delivering rapid access, diagnosis, and treatment. The clinic offers tailored solutions for businesses, catering to Occupational and Private Health needs such as health screenings, on-site medical services, and urgent treatments.
We are looking for a Part Time or Full Time Healthcare Technician(s) based on-site at the ROC Clinic in Westhill. The role involves phlebotomy, chaperoning, assisting in medical procedures, and supporting the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Interacting with patients
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- Preparing exam rooms
- Managing medical supplies
- Undertaking phlebotomy
- Carrying out a range of investigations (ECGs, Spirometry etc) or supporting specialist clinics
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with team members
- Comprehensive Patient Care competencies, including compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient needs efficiently
- Demonstrated skills in phlebotomy are a must
- Ability to work effectively within an on-site healthcare team
- Formal healthcare training or a recognised certification is preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is considered an advantage
