ROC Clinic is a private healthcare organisation with offices located in Central London and Aberdeen, Scotland as well as several mobile sites in England. The clinic specialises in providing primary and secondary care services focused on rapid access, diagnosis, and treatment. ROC Clinic also offers integrated healthcare solutions for businesses, covering occupational health, health screenings, and urgent consultations.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, 9-1pm Monday to Friday, located on-site in Westhill office. The role is not suitable for home working.
We are looking for an experienced individual with solid experience in administration, personnel management, logistics, and recruitment. Responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative tasks
- Updating and handling databases
- Supporting business operations
- Analysing data
- Assisting with any business-related activities
The role also involves effective communication to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with organisational standards. This is not a management role. We are looking for an experienced individual who can work without supervision, make decisions, and act swiftly to support the business in key operational areas.
Qualifications:
- Excellent administrative skills, with excellent MO skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to utilising IT platforms and applications
- Thrives in dynamic, high-energy, or rapidly changing environments
- Excels in deadline-driven, results-oriented environments
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with external suppliers (such as recruiters or logistics) and internal teams
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience in a healthcare or corporate setting is a plus
- Relevant experience in administration, logistics, HR, recruitment
