Specialising in both Primary and Secondary Care Services, ROC Clinic focuses on delivering rapid access, diagnosis, and treatment to patients. The clinic serves both individual and business needs, offering services like health screening, occupational health, on-site medical professionals, and urgent consultations.
This full-time (40 hrs a week) role requires working on-site at ROC Clinic’s Westhill location. The Administration Manager will oversee daily admin operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing/developing medical administrative processing
- Improving workflows
- Undertaking medical administration and secretarial work
- Staff scheduling
- Handling complaints and feedback
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Liaising with medical professionals
In this role, you will continuously assess the performance of your staff in line with established KPIs and strive for simple, effective, and efficient processes that keep the organisation lean and deliver a great customer experience. The right candidate shall have a data-driven approach and embrace new technologies that improve service delivery and secure the long-term success of the business.
Qualifications:
