Private Tax Consultant in North East

We’re now looking for a Personal Tax Consultant to join us – someone who takes pride in quality work, values strong relationships, good communicator and wants to be part of a firm that’s moving forward.

Job overview:

You’ll be a STEP-qualified (or equivalent experienced) private client tax specialist

Someone with strong experience in personal tax and succession planning.

The job specific requirements we would expect you to demonstrate are:

• Expertise in trusts, estates and inheritance tax planning
• Experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients
• Strong technical knowledge of capital gains tax and personal tax planning
• Ability to identify planning opportunities and deliver practical advice
• Commercial awareness and confidence in dealing directly with clients
• Good business development and relationship management skills
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support and develop junior team members
