We’re now looking for a Corporate Tax Consultant to join us – someone who takes pride in quality work, values strong relationships, is a good communicator and wants to be part of a firm that’s moving forward.
Job overview: We require a technically strong corporate tax professional who could broaden and deepen our offering in this area. The job specific requirements we would expect you to demonstrate are:
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualification
- Strong corporate tax compliance and advisory experience
- Experience with owner-managed businesses, groups and corporate restructures
- Ideally with experience of restructures and reorganisations
- Knowledge of tax-efficient profit extraction, transactions and succession planning
- Ability to identify advisory opportunities from an existing client base
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Commercial mindset and practical approach to delivering advice
- Ability to work closely with other service lines and contribute to wider growth initiatives
