We’re now looking for a Corporate Tax Consultant to join us – someone who takes pride in quality work, values strong relationships, is a good communicator and wants to be part of a firm that’s moving forward.

Job overview: We require a technically strong corporate tax professional who could broaden and deepen our offering in this area. The job specific requirements we would expect you to demonstrate are:

  • CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Strong corporate tax compliance and advisory experience
  • Experience with owner-managed businesses, groups and corporate restructures
  • Ideally with experience of restructures and reorganisations
  • Knowledge of tax-efficient profit extraction, transactions and succession planning
  • Ability to identify advisory opportunities from an existing client base
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • Commercial mindset and practical approach to delivering advice
  • Ability to work closely with other service lines and contribute to wider growth initiatives
