The vacancy overview:

  • Business Support: Supporting with new client set up and disengagements.
  • Preparing account packs.
  • Creating and processing of daily and monthly invoices.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Help manage a busy shared inbox efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and directors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, daily.

Reception cover:

  • Answer and redirect calls to the appropriate person.
  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Set up and reset meeting rooms, making sure they are fully equipped and presentable.
  • Schedule meetings and manage room bookings.
  • Preparing client records for collection.

The job specific requirements we would expect you to demonstrate are:

  • To work well as part of a team and together with all other departments to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Excellence organisational skills and time management.
  • Support in ensuring a smooth-running office environment.
  • Strong IT skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong multi-tasker.
  • Flexible to suit the needs of the business.
  • 2-3 years office / admin experience.

Hours of Work: Permanent, Full Time – 36.5hrs

Location: Jesmond and Chester Le Street

Salary: From Β£23,174.58
