We require a technically strong corporate tax professional who could broaden and deepen our offering in this area.

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong corporate tax experience); candidates working towards CTA will also be considered.
  • Strong corporate tax compliance experience, with the ability and ambition to develop advisory expertise.
  • Experience advising owner-managed businesses, corporate groups and entrepreneurial clients.
  • Exposure to corporate restructures, reorganisations and transactions would be advantageous.
  • A practical understanding of tax-efficient profit extraction, succession planning and shareholder matters.
  • A commercial mindset, with the confidence to identify advisory opportunities and add value to client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and practical way.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to contribute to the development of an integrated Tax team.

What you can expect from us:

  • Participation in our Four Day Working Week (after successfully completing probationary period).
  • Paid time off to volunteer and help the community in a way you are passionate about.
  • At least 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Additional holidays will accrue from your third year of being in our team.
  • Your birthday off each year, if it is a normal working day, to do something special.
  • A genuinely supportive, down-to-earth team.
  • Flexibility and trust in how you work.
  • Clear, realistic career progression.
  • Ongoing development and learning opportunities.
