Location: London. 2 days on site every 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale Workday global rollout programmes, including multi-country deployments.
  • Oversee Workday integrations with multiple enterprise platforms (HR, Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems).
  • Define and govern programme structure, roadmap, milestones, and delivery governance.
  • Provide hands-on programme leadership while supporting and guiding project managers in delivery execution.
  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment between Workday architecture, integration strategy, and enterprise systems landscape.
  • Oversee risk, issue, dependency, and change management across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive integration delivery across Workday APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
  • Ensure programme delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Support cutover planning, deployment strategy, and global rollout coordination.
  • Provide executive reporting and programme status updates to senior leadership.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Programme Director / Programme Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday implementations and global rollouts.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Workday integrations into multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-country or global transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level.
  • Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on delivery capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS/ERP ecosystems and integration architectures.
