Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale Workday global rollout programmes, including multi-country deployments.
- Oversee Workday integrations with multiple enterprise platforms (HR, Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems).
- Define and govern programme structure, roadmap, milestones, and delivery governance.
- Provide hands-on programme leadership while supporting and guiding project managers in delivery execution.
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and external partners.
- Ensure alignment between Workday architecture, integration strategy, and enterprise systems landscape.
- Oversee risk, issue, dependency, and change management across multiple workstreams.
- Drive integration delivery across Workday APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools.
- Ensure programme delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Support cutover planning, deployment strategy, and global rollout coordination.
- Provide executive reporting and programme status updates to senior leadership.
- Proven experience as a Programme Director / Programme Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday implementations and global rollouts.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Workday integrations into multiple enterprise platforms.
- Experience working in complex, multi-country or global transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level.
- Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on delivery capacity.
- Strong understanding of HRIS/ERP ecosystems and integration architectures.
- Workday HCM, Workday Financials (awareness), Workday Payroll, Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Workday Security, Business Process Framework, Middleware (MuleSoft / Boomi / Azure Integration Services – awareness), API management, Data migration tools, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel (advanced), enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – awareness).
