Permanent Role in Hammersmith, London (Hybrid – 2 Days per Week Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and functional configuration activities.
  • Support Workday enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, accruals, leave policies, work schedules, and time calculations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
  • Support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide functional expertise across the Workday ecosystem.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and process guides.
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • Expertise in: Workday Core HCM, Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Absence, Workday Time Tracking.
  • Experience delivering Workday implementations and post-production enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation frameworks, and workforce management.
  • Experience working closely with HR and Payroll functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
