We’re looking for an experienced Technical Agile Delivery Manager to take full ownership of delivery across multiple engineering squads within a modern, cloud-based platform.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role — not a programme or reporting-only position. You’ll be embedded with teams, driving execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent, predictable delivery across product, platform, and operational work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end delivery across 3–4 engineering squads
- Maintaining clear visibility of priorities, capacity, risks, and progress
- Managing cross-team dependencies across a scaled engineering environment
- Leading agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects
- Ensuring delivery across features, technical debt, and live service work
- Providing clear, concise updates on delivery status, risks, and confidence
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Technical Agile Delivery / Senior Scrum / Delivery Lead role
- Experience managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously (3+ teams)
- Strong background in cloud or SaaS environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, APIs, microservices)
- Experience operating in complex, dependency-heavy environments
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g. multi-team coordination, Scrum of Scrums)
- Agile certifications
- Cloud certifications
