We’re searching for a Head of Delivery – Product (SaaS) & Technology, reporting directly to the CTO, to design the operating model, elevate alignment across the organisation, and establish the frameworks that bring predictable, scalable delivery across a complex technology ecosystem. This role blends product awareness with delivery excellence, empowering teams to move fast, stay aligned, and continuously deliver value.

What You’ll Lead

• Building a delivery function from scratch, defining the governance, rituals, and planning structures that drive clarity and flow.
• Establishing enterprise agility at scale, enabling large, multi‑disciplinary teams to work cohesively and respond quickly to change.
• Leading portfolio and value‑stream planning, ensuring alignment from roadmap creation to execution across the organisation.
• Embedding OKR‑driven planning, ensuring delivery priorities connect directly to measurable business outcomes.
• Creating the delivery heartbeat—connecting strategy, sequencing, dependencies, and decision‑making across product and technology.
• Fostering a culture of measurement, continuous improvement, and transparent collaboration.

What You’ll Own

• End‑to‑end delivery governance, spanning product planning, execution, and cross‑functional integration.
• Quarterly and PI Planning, coordinating teams, leaders, and domains towards shared commitments.
• Ensuring alignment between product roadmaps, team plans, and organisational OKRs.
• Risk and dependency management, ensuring teams move without friction and critical work stays on track.
• Delivery standards and frameworks that scale alongside the business.
• Executive reporting to the CTO and senior leadership, including portfolio metrics, KPI dashboards, OKR progress, and delivery insights.
• Flow optimisation, using DORA metrics, lead time, quality indicators, and throughput to improve performance.

What You Bring

• Mandatory: Proven experience working with large‑scale SaaS platforms, understanding their architectural, product, and delivery complexities.
• A strong track record operating inside large, complex organisations (200+ technologists).
• Expertise in OKR alignment and translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Deep knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, Portfolio Kanban, Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands‑on experience building or transforming a delivery organisation, ideally from zero to maturity.
• Strong product literacy—you can partner naturally with Product leadership, challenge thinking, and align delivery with roadmap intent.
• The ability to decode complexity, create alignment, and guide senior stakeholders through trade‑offs and decisions.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational influence.
