Permanent Role in Hammersmith, London (Hybrid – 2 Days per Week Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and functional configuration activities.
- Support Workday enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, accruals, leave policies, work schedules, and time calculations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
- Support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide functional expertise across the Workday ecosystem.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and process guides.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Expertise in: Workday Core HCM, Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Absence, Workday Time Tracking.
- Experience delivering Workday implementations and post-production enhancements.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation frameworks, and workforce management.
- Experience working closely with HR and Payroll functions.
