- You're a hands-on engineer who enjoys working close to the business and solving real operational problems
- You're comfortable working with ambiguity and don't need everything perfectly defined before you start
- You enjoy building agentic AI and automation solutions, but you're also happy upskilling others to build their own
- You're motivated by outcomes and adoption rather than demos or proofs of concept
- You're comfortable working side-by-side with non-technical but highly process-knowledgeable teams
What you'll be doing
- Working alongside business teams to understand their processes, pain points, and constraints
- Designing and building agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Building end-to-end solutions directly for departments or cross-functional, enterprise-wide use cases
- Supporting business department champions who are self-building their own agents, apps, and automation flows
- Identifying, designing, and implementing integrations and connectors to internal systems and external services
- Selecting appropriate integration approaches, including out-of-the-box solutions
