Roles Responsibilities

  • Managing the monthly billing cycles in our Zoey Billing System
  • Assigning rejects and creating tariffs within the billing systems to ensure accurate billing IDs on all customer accounts
  • Supporting client billing enquiries and responding swiftly to resolve any issues, disputes or changes to customer invoices
  • Reviewing supplier charges to ensure regular checks on cost prices are correct
  • Working with suppliers on any charges found to be incorrect and ensuring costs are properly credited back to CYB3R
  • Updating Zoho tickets in a timely fashion to ensure clients have up to date replies and completed actions
  • Supporting clients with sending out Statements of Account and applying Credit Notes within Xero

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working with industry leading billing platforms such as; Ability, Cascade, Zoey, or Affinity and solid working knowledge and use of ZOHO our CRM database. Please note experience in ZOHO - ZOEY and XERO are must haves
  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • CRM Systems (ZOHO)
